Vegetable Gyoza Soup

My "I'm too sick to cook but want something nourishing" food:
1 can vegetable broth
a few vegetable gyoza or dumplings
cubed tofu
edamame or peas

Heat and slurp, preferably while snuggled up under a blanket.

  2. Looks delicious! I've been vegetarian for about 4 years now and recently kind of gave up eggs. Eric and I often look at our dinner plates and say, "Oh, another vegan meal! Cool." :) Were you vegan in Oregon, too, Laura? Where are you living these days?
